You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that venue shall be proper in Mohali, Punjab, India.

In case of any legal dispute, you shall attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations with Chaand Tara. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the venue for arbitration shall be in Mohali, Punjab.
